Sr Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, working closely with the Lead Business Systems Analyst and key stakeholders, you will facilitate business process improvement, system development and enhancements, and applications support. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with key individuals in the business, act as a liaison with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems while ensuring alignment to "The Manitowoc Way" and the company's goals/objectives. This position reports directly to the Lead Business Systems Analyst. The position will sit Shady Grove, Pennsylvania.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Lead Business Systems Analyst and key stakeholders, facilitating business process improvement, system development and enhancements, and applications support.Developing and maintain business relationships with key individuals in the business, act as a liaison with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systemsEnsure alignment to "The Manitowoc Way" and the company's goals/objectives.RequiredSkills/Abilities: Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Baan or e-Emphasys highly desired to include experience implementing, managing change, and supporting complex interfaces between ERP and external systems. Must have experience in project management in both waterfall and agile methodologies with projects exceeding $50,000 with the ability to both effectively manage and escalate issues with project scope, project risk, and project change.Must demonstrate appropriate communication styles and approaches for success in a global organization structure. Communication skills with fluent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English language essential. Will be required to lead meetings and present to audiences of all levels to fulfill strategy and objectives. Must be capable of communicating effectively with vendors and service providers to represent the company's best interests.Understanding of workforce analytics and dashboards configuration/managementExperience gathering/analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications. Along with this is the ability to think and act with a global mindset; to consider the impact on the entire enterprise.RequiredEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or Management of Information Systems with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology required.
