This senior leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR, particularly in a growth-oriented and operationally complex environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, a strong understanding of employment requirements across multiple states, and a background in a comparable industry environment.
