Substitute Nurses at New Trier High School: Provide an environment that promotes health and wellbeing. Are able to use technology to access health information and document health-related visits in PowerSchool. Possess exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and distinctly with staff and students. Are able to move about frequently and respond to urgent health needs throughout the school. Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the "New Trier Substitute Teacher Handbook"

Valid Illinois Registered Nurse License

Mandatory Training Requirement: Upon hiring, all substitutes must attend mandatory training and complete required online training prior to being placed in a classroom. Only individuals who are officially hired and on the approved list may attend training sessions.
