About the role
- Migraine and chronic headache disorders
- Memory loss and cognitive impairment
- Essential tremor and movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease
- Dizziness and balance disorders
- Epilepsy and seizure disorders
- Multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating conditions
- Peripheral neuropathy and neuromuscular conditions
- Provide outpatient follow-up care for new and established patients.
- Manage medications and treatment plans in accordance with current neurologic best practices.
- Order and review diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory studies.
- Provide patient and family education, counseling, and long-term disease management support.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care, cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine, and therapy services to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
- Assist with specialty procedures and treatment management, including Botox therapy and other neurologic interventions, depending on experience and training.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives.

- Essential Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current NP or PA licensure (or eligibility) in New Hampshire
- Minimum 2-years of experience in NeurologyACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.
