Primary Responsibilities: Setting Up Event Spaces: Arrange silverware, glassware, and other necessary items according to the event specifications. Decorate and organize the space for the banquet. Serving Food and Beverages: Serve meals and drinks to guests in a timely manner. Address any dietary restrictions or preferences as needed. Refill drinks and clear used dishes during the event. Maintaining Cleanliness and Order: Keep the banquet area clean and organized during the event. Clear away dishes and trash from tables between courses and after the event. Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service to guests. Handle any guest requests or inquiries related to food or beverages. Event Coordination Support: Work with the kitchen and other staff to ensure the event runs smoothly. Communicate with supervisors or event planners to ensure timelines and service standards are met. Post-
Event Duties: Help clean up the event space, including taking down decorations and resetting the room. Organize and return equipment and supplies used during the event.
Skills Required: Be efficient and organized. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or equipment.
