About the role

Monroe Springs Rehab and Nursing Center is hiring an Activity Director to join our team. You will create enjoyable activities and games for residents, tailoring plans to individual interests and promoting social interaction. The role involves leading diverse group activities, coordinating events, and serving as the activity planner for a group of residents. Experience in healthcare is preferred and NCCAP or similar certification is desired.
