Role Description:
This is a full-time remote Recruiter role responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring claims professionals and support staff across Peak Claims Group’s nationwide network. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring steps with hiring managers. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging online platforms and professional networks to identify qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment records, track key hiring metrics, and collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including end-to-end hiring process management and candidate pipeline development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and engaging candidates. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation. Comfort using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., Linked In) for sourcing candidates. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment. Experience recruiting in insurance, claims management, or related fields is beneficial. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
