Model Risk Governance Manager

Leading a team of data scientists and governance professionals, the full-time remote Model Risk Governance Manager will set the strategy for model governance, oversee performance monitoring and validation, and manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead, grow, and develop a team focused on model risk governance and validation Own the execution of performance monitoring, governance documentation, and change management processes Prepare validation reports and governance documentation for internal leadership and external stakeholders Required qualifications 8+ years in model risk management, validation, or governance, with experience building governance teams 4+ years of people management experience in a relevant field Deep knowledge of model governance regulations and experience in a regulated environment Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to analyze model methodologies Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, or Engineering
