About the role
To support legal compliance and risk management for technology products, the part-time Product and Technology Counsel will provide legal advice, draft contracts, and oversee regulatory matters in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on technology product development and compliance
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to technology services and products
Monitor and advise on regulatory changes affecting technology and product offeringsRequired qualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Experience in technology law, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of technology products and industry standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
