Mitigation Technician Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Water, fire, mold, and restoration mitigation projects. Perform demolition, drying, decontamination, and equipment setup. Document job progress through photos, notes, and moisture readings. Train and mentor other technicians to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure safety compliance with IICRC and OSHA standards. Communicate job updates to project managers and clients.
Mitigation Technician Qualifications: 2+ years of restoration/mitigation experience (preferred).IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/Mold a plus) or willingness to obtain. Strong leadership and communication skills. Meet deadlines under pressure. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
