About the role
Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on a CNO! Bonus Incentives Program and and Relocation! The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) serves as the senior nursing executive, responsible for the strategic direction, quality, and operational performance of all nursing and designated patient care services. CNO partners with CEO to advance organizational strategy and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. This role provides 24/7 leadership accountability for: Clinical quality and patient safety Nursing workforce performance and engagement Regulatory compliance and evidence-based practice Resource and financial management
Qualifications:
Licensed RN with BSNMaster’s degree in nursing or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in the hospital environment 2+ years of required experience in nursing management Leads with integrity, accountability, and transparency Drives results through data, strategy, and execution Builds highly engaged, high-performing team Balances clinical excellence with operational and financial performance
