Requirements: Prior experience in senior care, home health, or a related healthcare field preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with business operations experience Knowledge of senior care regulations and compliance standards in Virginia Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Passion for serving seniors and supporting family caregivers Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
