About the role
To lead and enhance the Microsoft practice, the full-time salaried Practice Director will manage strategy, operational performance, and commercial alignment while working remotely from Brentwood, Tennessee.
Key responsibilities
Own and refine the Microsoft service catalog while driving a multi-year capability roadmap
Collaborate with sales teams to shape pipeline opportunities and ensure deal structures align with practice capabilities
Set delivery standards and governance, managing escalations to ensure successful project outcomes
Required qualifications
10+ years in Microsoft professional services, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a VAR or systems integrator
Proven experience in enhancing delivery organizations and managing service catalogs
Strong technical knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, security, and application migrations
Executive presence with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients
Experience with partner delivery models for non-core capabilities
