About the role
UCSD Department of Psychiatry is contracted to provide Transitional Case Management Program (TCMP) services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations (CDCR). BW will manage caseloads of incarcerated persons, assist with benefit applications, and coordinate care across prisons and community resources.
Incumbent will work full time, with varying start times, at multiple CDCR facilities, traveling as directed.
