About the role
Managing annuity transactions from submission through completion, the full-time remote Annuity Case Management Specialist will ensure accuracy and efficiency while providing exceptional service and support to customers and distribution partners.
Key responsibilities:
Process incoming requests including financial changes, beneficiary updates, and payment redirects
Review and resolve issues with internal and external customers to ensure timely transaction completion
Provide outstanding customer service through written correspondence and telephone inquiries
Required qualifications:
1+ years of experience in annuity, retirement, or finance, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced production environment meeting goals
Ability to master multiple systems and adapt to changing environments
Strong ownership of workload and commitment to maintaining high service standards
Proficiency in problem-solving and teamwork abilities
