Company Profile: Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company that has built an innovative, AI-powered procurement and spend management platform for mid-market finance and procurement teams. Founded by a procurement industry veteran with over two decades of experience, they are hiring a founding Account Executive to help rebuild and scale their sales organization from the ground up.
Job Description: Own the Full Sales Cycle: Drive net-new revenue by managing discovery, product demonstration, business case development, negotiation, and close with Controllers, CFOs, and finance leaders. Sell Consultatively: Navigate a 45-60 day, multi-touch sales cycle, helping prospects build an internal business case for a genuinely differentiated, AI-driven procurement platform. Help Shape the Sales Organization: As a founding sales hire, influence sales process, messaging, and execution standards as the team scales.
Requirements: 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with demonstrated, verifiable quota attainment. Direct industry experience required: selling procurement, accounts payable, or procure-to-pay software specifically to CFOs and Controllers Comfort with a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycle (30-90 days) and a genuine, driven, long-term interest in helping build a sales organization from the ground up.
