About the role

Spring Health is seeking a Community Care Advocate to connect employees to community and company resources, addressing social determinants of health and basic needs in the Sacramento area. The role is on-site at two locations, Monday through Friday, 10am-6:30pm PT, serving a Fortune 500 retailer. You will link employees to resources, work with internal care teams, and promote workplace benefits while using AI tools thoughtfully and maintaining privacy and professional judgment.
