Key Responsibilities: Provide general project/account support to assigned account team Communicate with clients via phone and email, per discretion of account team Process daily orders in warehouse management system, requires some data entry Research & track problem orders Inventory Management for client product and literature Complete all regular tasks/paperwork associated with managing accounts open jobs and coordinate efforts with all internal departments Provide billing support to account team
Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a 4 year College or University or 2 year related experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Responsible, detail oriented, team player who follows through on all tasks Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills Good attitude and eager to learn ABOUT OUR COMPANY CCG Marketing Solutions delivers a single source supply chain partnership for CRM & direct to consumer distribution.
