Job Summary: The Senior Mass Market Coordinator for the Walmart Account is responsible for servicing Walmart and assisting in the selling process of products represented by asmodee North America. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, who is solution-oriented and a team player. This role is for an individual with 1-3 years Walmart sales support experience who would like to work with a category leading supplier and deliver superior customer service to Walmart. What Will Your Role Involve Customer contact for order processing, sales opportunities, and scheduling Research current invoices and manage resubmission of any invoices that are not shown to be received by Walmart Partner with the internal finance team to dispute invalid warehouse claims, including valid or denied disputes, valid fines, or performance charges Manage and maintain Walmart.com and Walmart Marketplace business including item set up, item promotional planning, troubleshooting on current listings and all item processing Provide accurate information on upcoming products and promotions Place customer orders and troubleshoot issues as necessary Maintain accurate documentation of customer calls; including maintaining customer files Investigate, resolve, and follow-up on customer issues/inquiries in a timely manner Act as the voice of the Company when interacting with customers Guide the development and growth of the existing and new business at Walmart Develop and maintain current knowledge of products/product lines Represent all brands of asmodee North America equally and professionally Regularly meet with Mass Market Sales Team to review weekly activities, progress on goals and projects Assist with special projects as needed Able to travel domestically if needed What Do You Bring Position Skills & Qualifications Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to research independently and be able to explain various products/product lines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals Proven conflict resolution management Friendly demeanor; ability to make customers feel valued Proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company Candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to Bentonville, AREducation/Experience Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant Walmart experience Systems Experience Specific to Walmart: Retail Link Item setup through Item Supplier One & QMS Transportation Supply Chain PortalWhy Join Us22 Days of PTO Annually13 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Competitive 401K MatchPaid Parental Leave Fertility & Family Building Benefits Legal & Identity Theft Support2 Paid Volunteer Days OffFlexible & Hybrid Schedules Extensive Game Discounts $250 Annually in Game BucksCareer Growth & Development Mental Health Programs Virtual Healthcare Options Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program At asmodee, we care about the health and wellbeing of our employees. Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000.
