About the role
- Part-time, up to 29 hours/week with flexible scheduling based on candidate availability
- Hours of operation:
- Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PMMore availability increases the likelihood we can accommodate preferred shift requests.
- Provide direct support to children receiving ABA services in a center-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA or Lead Clinician
- Collect accurate data during every session
- Collaborate with clinical team members and caregivers to support progress
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a safe environment for all clients
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children (e.g., previous ABA experience, childcare, coaching, babysitting, education)
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with children with unique learning needs
- Preferred (not required):Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - Paid Training for candidates seeking RBT certification
- Experience in ABA or special education settings
