About the role
To support the growth of the Solutions Engineering organization, the full-time Senior Presales Operations Analyst will partner with regional leaders to drive operational excellence, manage processes, and provide data insights in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Partner closely with regional Solutions Engineering leaders to understand priorities and growth opportunities
Execute and refine operating rhythms for the regional Solutions Engineering organization, including business reviews and performance inspections
Identify opportunities to improve regional workflows by simplifying processes and removing operational friction
Required qualifications
4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Presales Operations
Experience supporting regional field leadership within a Sales or Solutions Engineering organization
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence tools
Strong business judgment with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to execute scalable solutions that improve efficiency across teams
