Medical Administrative Assistant Job Requirements: At least 1 year of administrative, front-desk, customer service, medical receptionist, or healthcare support experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous, service-focused approach Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy outpatient setting Comfort working with electronic medical records, scheduling platforms, registration systems, and other computer systems Ability to collect and accurately document patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with providers, laboratory personnel, and clinical staff
