About the role

The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training and development in a staffing agency, with the ability to create engaging and effective training solutions that drive performance and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Deliver training programs and materials for new hires, existing sales team members, and sales leaders. Ensure that training content is up-to-date with industry trends and company objectives. Needs Assessment: Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and determine the most effective training solutions. Instruction and Facilitation: Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional methods including classroom training, online courses, and on-the-job training. Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on training outcomes and areas for improvement. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales team members to reinforce training concepts and help them achieve their performance goals. Program Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data. Collaboration: Work closely with BUL's and HR, to ensure training programs are aligned with company strategies and areas of need.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training and development are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, sales management, in IT Staffing. Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in an Adult Learning environment. Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with various training techniques and adult learning principles. Attributes: High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
