About the role

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Sr. Cursor Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI agents and automations, leveraging Cursor and generative AI tools. This is a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH, offering architecture-level ownership of AI initiatives. You will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, and related platforms while guiding governance and security standards as AI adoption scales across the organization.
