About the role
Loader/Unloader Position We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Loader/Unloader to support our distribution operations. This is a hands-on role involving continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, loading, and unloading throughout the workday.
Schedule:
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PMResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trailers by hand using gravity rollers. Move cartons on and off pallets for inbound and outbound shipments. Label cartons for outbound shipments (approximately 5,0006,000 packages per week).Receive and unload incoming truckloads, including palletized and floor-loaded freight. Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient. Follow safe material-handling practices and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Able to repeatedly lift and move boxes throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding distribution environment.
