About the role
Supporting corporate governance and M&A transactions, the remote Corporate Attorney - State Licensed will manage due diligence, transaction documentation, and entity management while collaborating closely with senior leadership and legal teams.
Key responsibilities
Support corporate M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-closing matters
Assist with corporate governance matters, preparing board and shareholder documentation
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements while coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel
Required qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law
Approximately 4-7 years of relevant corporate legal experience
Experience supporting M&A transactions and corporate governance matters
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience managing paralegals and other reports is a plus
