Director of Promotional Products & Brand Solutions

What You’ll Do: Develop and lead the company's promotional products and brand solutions strategy Oversee branded merchandise, corporate gifts, lanyards, apparel, event products, and custom promotional solutions Lead product sourcing, supplier selection, pricing, and commercial negotiations Develop customized merchandise and branding solutions for corporate and organizational clients Manage major client accounts and strengthen long-term commercial relationships Lead managers and cross-functional sales, product, sourcing, and client-service teams Identify new product categories, markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities Oversee product quality, customization standards, production timelines, and fulfillment performance Develop pricing strategies while monitoring margins, costs, and profitability Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on branding concepts and promotional campaigns Monitor industry trends, customer demand, competitive activity, and product innovation Establish KPIs and report commercial and operational performance to senior leadership

Requirements: Significant experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, marketing services, product management, sales, or related commercial operations Proven experience leading teams, product portfolios, or business functions Strong understanding of branded merchandise, customization, sourcing, and supplier management Experience managing key accounts and developing client-focused solutions Strong commercial, pricing, negotiation, and profitability-management skills Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities Ability to manage multiple products, suppliers, projects, and client requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred
