About the role
JCW is partnering with a global medical technology leader to hire an M&A Project Manager into their Corporate Development team. This is a fully remote US role with real deal ownership, from target evaluation through close and integration.
What you'll do:
- Lead acquisitions end to end: assessment, due diligence, negotiation, closing and post-merger integration
- Build and own valuation and economic models
- Propose and negotiate transaction terms
- Coordinate legal, finance, tax, HR, operations and external advisors
- Prepare board approval materials and brief senior leadership
- What you bring5–7 years of M&A experience with a track record of deals run end to end
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional deal teams and advisors
- Confident communication with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- A bachelor's or master's in Finance, Economics or Business
- Healthcare, medtech or life sciences deal experience is a strong plus
