The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the strategic initiative portfolio is in line with the organization's overall strategy, driving process excellence, and ultimately, enhancing the experience for both internal and external customers. This leadership position involves close collaboration with senior leaders in various business areas, technology, data and AI, and finance to drive transformation and will require regular updates to the executive leadership team on the progress and results of strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities for the VP / Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives include enterprise strategy development, leading the annual Target Letter process, and providing strategic oversight of the enterprise transformation roadmap. The role also involves leading and facilitating the management of top strategic relationships across the enterprise, acting as a strategic connector, and ensuring the realization of value from transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in strategic problem-solving, change management, and a proven track record of driving innovation and value creation.
