About the role

Position Summary: Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through closing and ongoing account development.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales and business development activities. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers. Present and sell a portfolio of products, including newly launched offerings. Understand customer needs and recommend technical solutions that deliver value. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals..Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including qualification, pricing, negotiations, and closing. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a customer-facing technical role. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to customers. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outbound prospecting and business development. Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through close. Experience launching or selling new products in a technical environment. Knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical products and solutions.
