Client: BPX Rate: 68/hr on C2C Visa: only USC and GC Try to get some local candidate Note: Don't submit employer resume for this particular requirementJob Responsibilities: More than 10 years' experience in large wireless deploymentsReview the existing network architecture and make recommendations to improve performance and quality of the wireless productHands on experience in deployment and configuration of wireless access pointsGood knowledge of all Wi-Fi standards (802.11ax, 802.11ac) Design the placement of WAPs, configure the wireless network, and validate that the network performs to a high level of throughput, stability, and qualityPerform wireless site survey using tools like Ekahau, and prepare design, plan for setting up wireless network at different officesProvide WiFi performance heatmap & site survey report, validate coverage as predictedValidate channel design, design performance, design coverage as predicted, and resolve any gapsSupport best practices for connection, roaming and authentication for various clientsEngage directly with wireless users, troubleshoot, and resolve all wireless issuesHands on experience in configuring BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, PVST+, IPSEC site to site VPN, HSRP. GLBP, NAT/PATExperience in preparing high level design, and low level designOptimize the network for high reliability, throughput and voice & video qualityLead and train other team members to support solutionModify wired/wireless network monitoring and alarms to capture critical performance indicators
