WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You’ll play a key role in managing documentation for industrial and cGMP projects, helping our Quality team maintain the records and systems that support successful project execution. Manage cGMP documentation, including SOPs, isometric drawings and weld logs, validation/commissioning protocols, and quality records Review documentation for compliance with contract requirements, cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), FDA regulations, and InServ QA/QC procedures Own revision control, ensuring current documents are in use and obsolete versions are properly archived Maintain document management systems, including document status, approvals, revisions, and retention records Ensure critical records are organized, secure, and easily retrievable Partner with Quality, project teams, subcontractors, and other departments to keep information flowing accurately and efficiently Support training on GDP, cGMP documentation requirements, and quality processes Communicate changes to policies and procedures and help ensure affected employees understand new requirements Assist with subcontractor training related to quality and compliance Audit documentation and identify issues before they become larger problems Help improve document control processes, systems, and best practicesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:You don't need to be the person who loves paperwork for paperwork's sake. You do need to be someone who understands why details matter and takes ownership of getting things right.
