Job Description: Job Description Busy Bartlett Auto Repair looking for a reliable and experienced Light Auto Service Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform routine maintenance and light mechanical repairs efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities: Perform routine vehicle maintenance and light mechanical repairs Perform oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, and brake services Inspect and diagnose basic mechanical issues Perform tire rotations, tire changes, and balancing Replace batteries, belts, hoses, bulbs, wipers, and other components Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional service needs Use diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools properly Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and according to manufacturer recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work area Duties include but are not limited to the above.
Qualifications: Previous automotive mechanical experience preferred Knowledge of general automotive systems and maintenance Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical problems Ability to use automotive tools and diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Team Player We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, consistent work Opportunity for overtime Growth and advancement opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
