Position Overview:
Brains Way is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to provide temporary maternity leave coverage and support full-stack digital marketing operations. This role will help maintain established systems and keep day-to-day work moving across marketing automation, websites, CRM, analytics, organic social media, AI-supported design, and the broader marketing technology stack. This temporary role is focused on reliable execution and continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation, Campaign Execution, and Lead Operations: Build, test, and launch approved email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows in Hub Spot using established templates and processes. Maintain lead capture, lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, notifications, and campaign attribution across Hub Spot and Salesforce. Perform pre-launch quality assurance and post-launch checks to confirm forms, automations, links, tracking, and follow-up actions are working correctly. Monitor inbound lead flow, troubleshoot routine automation or sync issues, and escalate larger process or system changes. Website, Landing Pages, and Customer Portal: Publish and update Word Press pages, landing pages, forms, calls to action, images, and approved website content. Complete routine page development and quality assurance, including mobile responsiveness, links, forms, tracking, and basic HTML/CSS updates. Manage day-to-day Shopify customer portal needs, including account access, approved content and product updates, and basic troubleshooting. Create and manage one-off landing pages on our info. Brainsway subdomain in Hub Spot. Coordinate with the appropriate partners when hosting, security, plugins, integrations, or larger development issues require support. CRM, Reporting, and Data Visibility: Maintain existing Salesforce campaigns, reports, and dashboards used to track lead flow, campaign performance, funnel activity, and sales follow-up. Review campaign naming, UTMs, lead sources, attribution, and record quality to help keep reporting accurate and consistent. Identify reporting gaps or data issues, complete routine corrections, and escalate changes that affect shared definitions or system logic. SEO, Analytics, and AI-Supported Execution: Implement approved on-page SEO updates, including page titles, metadata, internal links, copy changes, and other routine optimizations. Monitor GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for traffic, conversions, search performance, and technical tracking issues. Use Claude and other approved AI tools to support research, copy development, content repurposing, HTML/CSS, page creation, and documentation. Review AI-assisted work for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance, and route clinical, legal, or regulatory content through the established approval process. Data Enrichment and Marketing Technology: Support assigned Zoom Info and GTM Studio work, including data enrichment, ICP scoring, intent signals, visitor identification, and prospect list creation. Monitor routine data hygiene and integrations across the marketing technology stack, including Hub Spot, Salesforce, Shopify, Word Press, and related tools. Troubleshoot day-to-day platform issues, coordinate with vendors or internal partners as needed, and document resolutions. Maintain current process documentation and escalate changes involving platform architecture, scoring logic, data strategy, or new technology selection. Organic Social Media and Digital Content Support: Maintain the established organic social media calendar and schedule approved posts across Brains Way’s company channels. Draft, edit, and repurpose social copy and digital content using approved messaging, brand guidelines, templates, and existing assets. Complete routine quality assurance for post copy, links, images, tags, and publishing dates before content goes live. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, and route customer, clinical, or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate internal team. Primary Platforms: Core platforms: Hub Spot Marketing Hub, Salesforce, Zoom Info, Word Press, Shopify, Claude and other approved AI tools. Additional tools: Tableau, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ring Lead, and related marketing technology.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology. Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot Marketing Hub and Salesforce, including integrations, automation, field mapping, reporting, and lead management. Experience with Word Press, landing pages, Shopify, Tableau, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEO, and basic HTML/CSS.Comfort using Claude and other AI tools for practical marketing execution. Strong troubleshooting, organization, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills, with sound judgment about when to escalate. Experience in B2B healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred; familiarity with Zoom Info, organic social publishing, Ring Lead, and creative or webinar tools is helpful.
