DescriptionJOB PURPOSE: To clear and clean tables to ensure a quality customer service dining experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Busses tables by clearing dirty dishes from table Taking turns washing dishes Assisting with emptying all of the trash in the front of the house May serve ice water, refills coffee and iced tea; may brew coffee and fill fruit juice dispensers Cleans and polishes dining room equipment such as buffet bar Keeps work area clean by picking up trash and wiping tables Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES): Must be at least 19 years of age or older Basic English skills Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to clear and clean tables Must be people oriented and courteous REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: No experience required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Restaurant dining room setting. Shift work required. Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. Standing/Walking: 100% Lifting and carrying required up to 35 lbs.
