About the role
- Safely receive, store, and move materials throughout the distribution center
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular system updates
- Identify and use appropriate packaging materials to protect products in transit
- Coordinate with shipping, customer service, and inventory teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus)
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset with strong time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
