Pride Health is hiring a PSC Registration Clerk to support our client's healthcare facility in Dublin, OH. This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST

Pay Range: $18 to $20/hour**Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: Greet patients and customers in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner. Assist patients with kiosk sign-in and ensure registration information is accurate. Contact clients to obtain required patient orders. Respond to customer questions and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner. Answer incoming telephone calls using established Quest Diagnostics communication standards. Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, faxing, preparing mail, and data entry. Maintain accurate patient and customer information. Follow established procedures for handling customer complaints and concerns. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality requirements. Follow departmental policies, safety procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Assist with stocking and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Years of experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience - Required
Skills/Specialties/Technology: Keyboarding and data-entry experience, PC/computer experience. Interested?
