Job Description: Lead the end-to-end trade processing function through settlement, ensuring accurate execution, strong operational controls, effective risk management, and high-quality service delivery. Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, stakeholders, and operational issues while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Oversee team performance, workload planning, coaching, and talent development, while driving continuous process improvement, root cause resolution, and operational excellence. Partner with business leaders on change initiatives and advance digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and increased straight-through processing (STP).
