As a Management Trainee, you'll begin by working as Tunnel Crew, learning every aspect of daily operations including customer service, sales, safety, equipment, and site maintenance. As you demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong performance, you'll have opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles. Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel Educate customers on membership options and promotions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Perform opening, closing, and operational procedures Work as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals Learn the systems, standards, and processes used to operate a successful car wash Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching
