About the role

Supporting upcoming marketing and transcreation projects, the remote Icelandic Transcreation Linguist will utilize their linguistic expertise to perform translation, editing, and quality assurance tasks. Key responsibilities Translate and transcreate marketing content from English to Icelandic Edit and perform quality assurance on transcreated materials Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with creative content goals Required qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in Icelandic Strong command of English as the source language Experience with translation, transcreation, editing, and QA workflows Familiarity with MemoQ Previous experience in transcreation, marketing, and creative content is a plus
