Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

Schedules and dispatches shop field service technicians
Assigns duties to service technician
Prepares quotes on service jobs
Enters sales orders for service jobs
Orders parts for service jobs
Assigns labor to service jobs
Invoices service jobs
Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule
Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:2+ years' experience in, preferably combined shop and field, pump service and fabrication
Previous and current Mechanics encouraged to apply
Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals
Broad knowledge and experience in the industry
Knowledgeable of computers and technology
Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
Ability to work both independently and within a team

Pay: $25.00hr - $40.00/hr, DOEPhysical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Working Conditions: Office and shop environment

Training/Certifications: N/AShift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Occasional Overtime

Travel: Minimal local travel

Education: High School Diploma
