About the role
To support a growing residential portfolio, the full-time Licensed Residential Architect will develop technical designs, produce construction documents, and collaborate with design teams while working remotely or from office locations.
Key responsibilities:
Develops technical designs and edits architectural drawings to meet project quality, timelines, and budget
Conducts design activities including programming, code research, and site surveys
Coordinates with contractors and consultants to address constructability issues and obtain necessary permitsRequired qualificationsExperience in all phases of the project cycle is required
Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit and AutoCAD
Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes
Completion of related post-secondary education
Registered with a relevant professional architectural association
