PGIM Real Estate is seeking a Senior Director of Originations to drive sourcing and execution of high yield debt investments across mezzanine, bridge and equity structures. The role will engage with internal partners and external borrowers, building a strong, market-facing presence. You will lead deal sourcing, due diligence and closing, while mentoring regional teams and shaping a growth-focused marketing strategy across the platform.
