About the role

Morton Buildings is seeking construction crew members to join our teams across the United States. Under guidance of crew foremen, you will learn and apply safety and construction procedures, read plans, and use tools to build post-frame buildings. Responsibilities include digging footings, framing, installing doors/windows, and applying siding/roofing materials. Expect 10% travel, competitive hourly pay, and year‑round opportunities with bonuses and ESOP benefits.
