Only local San Francisco Bay Area candidates! Direct W2 contractors only! No 3rd party agencies! Duration: 12 months Hybrid contract - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Our client is hiring a Clinical Systems Leader to support Early Clinical Development . This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience implementing and managing clinical trial systems such as IxRS/IRT and eCOA , and who enjoys working cross-functionally to support early-phase studies. Key highlights of the role: Lead end-to-end implementation of clinical systems (IxRS/IRT, eCOA) Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Drug Supply, Data Management, and external vendors Ensure systems align with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements Manage timelines, risks, and issue resolution for assigned studies If you have 2–5 years of experience in clinical systems or clinical operations , strong project management skills (managing vendors and project time lines), and enjoy owning system delivery from build through closeout, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
