About the role

Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking an Interim Director of Tax to lead the global tax function, manage external advisors, and partner with finance leadership, the firm's partners, and the PE sponsor. This is a 6-12 month engagement with potential conversion to permanent employment. The role requires deep tax expertise across US federal/state, international tax, transfer pricing, and SALT. CPA is required; MST/JD/LLM are a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
