Firm Advice, a growing Legal Search Firm, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to the C-suite. This position requires an experienced assistant who can maintain confidentiality while providing a consistent level of high performance with calendar management, scheduling, communications, and assisting with event planning and coordination, as well as providing general administrative and project support. This direct hire position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring one to two days per week in the Leonardtown, MD office.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.3 plus years relevant experience and consistent tenure. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Linked In, and Microsoft Office Suite Professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities After training and familiarity, availability to anticipate next steps in a process.
