Join Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, as an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) physician. This full-time opportunity offers flexible 0.8 or 1.0 FTE options with a 4- or 5-day schedule and a 1:5 call rotation. You will join a collaborative team of five skilled ENT physicians and one APP to deliver general ENT care, supported by a strong hospitalist program and Epic Electronic Medical Record. Responsibilities: Provide general ENT care and perform one surgical day per week Participate in an ENT call rotation of 1:5, typically including one weekend and one Monday–Thursday block every 5 weeks Perform consults at a local community hospital supported by a strong hospitalist program Thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Educate patients and families using concise and compassionate communication skills Compensation
Pay range: $528,000–$556,000 First-year salary guarantee based on training, experience, certifications, and qualifications RVU production beginning in year two plus quality bonus, outreach pay, APP supervision stipend, and more Signing bonus
