🚨 We're Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer📍 Dayton, OH (Onsite)Are you passionate about CNC machining, process optimization, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing medical device manufacturer where you'll play a key role in advancing manufacturing technology and driving operational excellence
What You'll Do: 🔹 Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for multi-axis milling, turning, Swiss machining, and grinding🔹 Create and maintain CAD/CAM programs using Mastercam, Solid Works, or Siemens NX🔹 Support new product introductions (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives🔹 Improve productivity through lean manufacturing, automation, tooling, and fixture design🔹 Troubleshoot complex machining challenges and mentor technicians and programmers🔹 Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and customers to deliver world-class manufacturing solutions
