About the role
Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, the full-time remote Space Mission Director will manage relationships with mission partners, drive product adoption, and ensure high engagement to support long-term success and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their mission outcomes
Ensure a positive onboarding experience and promote adoption of products to meet mission objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating for solutions that meet both immediate and long-term goals while maintaining high hero health scores
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer relationship management, particularly within the federal or defense sectors
Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
Strong understanding of software solutions and product adoption strategies
Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators related to customer success
Experience in contract management and identifying account expansion opportunities
